I placed an order that had two components. Only one showed up - the customer service was super helpful and they sent out the missing item, but it came damaged and poorly packed. I requested a refund, and that’s when the good customer service experience came to a halt. No replies to my emails or anything. I've been pursuing the refund for four weeks now. I won’t be ordering from this company again. Not a recommendation from me.

I previously purchased something from Buttercup Farm, and this time I got a floating duck house. Super excited to set it up!

They answered the phone real nice, which is a big change from the last company I attempted to get a dovecote from. Service was quick, with updates throughout, and the product is great.

The hedgehog feeder from Riverside Woodcraft seems alright, but it just doesn't do the job. It's a real bummer and feels like a waste of cash - the openings are way too big, and our cat can slip right in without a hitch. We set up a wildlife camera to check it out. Turns out, the cat was munching on the hedgehog food before the little hogs even woke up! We're planning to have our handy guy fix the entrance sizes.

I checked out other reviews and regretted my order, but to my surprise, the item showed up just two days after I placed it. I haven't opened it yet since it's meant to be a gift.

Charming little shop, super responsive to what customers want and lightning-fast delivery on a nicely wrapped product. I got the squirrel weather vane as a present for my mom, she's gonna adore it, cheers!

I got my order pretty quick, arriving in two separate packages but all on the same day. The delivery guy who brought the seat was super helpful. The cushion is nicely padded, so it should be a comfy addition to the swing seat. We haven't assembled the seat yet, so I can't say if it'll be tricky. It'll be kept on its pallet in the garage until next spring.

This arbour really offers fantastic value for the price. It’s pretty straightforward to put together since it comes in 6 preconfigured pieces, plus there are more screws than you actually need. The instructions are decent enough, but if they had pre-drilled pilot holes, it would’ve been spot on. Ideally, you’d want two people for this, but this 70-year-old managed to get everything done solo, except for the roof. Some parts are a bit on the heavy side, so I might’ve been a tad reckless. The final product is quite sturdy and looks great. It showed up on a pallet, all packed up really well. I suppose having a pallet left over could be seen as either a good or bad thing, depending on how you look at it. When I asked the delivery guy about the pallet, he mentioned they just leave it for the customer to deal with. I reckon taking off all that excellent packaging would take way too long for him to wait around, huh?

I made my order online on Sunday, September 18th, right before the Queen's funeral. I figured I wouldn't see any action on my order until Tuesday, the 20th. When I didn't get an email confirmation on Tuesday, I decided to call Buttercup Farm to confirm they had my order. A quick check by their friendly staff showed that my order was being processed, and they even sent a duplicate receipt to my email. They also provided me with a rough estimate for delivery, which turned out to be spot on. The delivery team was top-notch as well. Overall, it was a smooth transaction with courteous and helpful folks at Buttercup Farm. If I ever need something else from their selection, I’ll definitely be back for more.

I’m absolutely thrilled and can’t recommend this company highly enough! Tracey, Jess, and the designer Jim were all fantastic. The custom product they made for our bunnies gets a solid 11/10. It’s a massive rabbit run and worth every single cent. Jim nailed everything with top-notch materials and a quick turnaround. By the way, Jim, you were awesome since I made a few adjustments to fine-tune things. Honestly, I couldn’t be more satisfied. A huge THANK YOU from us and our two very content bunnies. We love it!!!!

STEER CLEAR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE! Every picture shows the table with a parasol, yet it doesn’t mention that it’s not part of the deal. If I could let loose with some choice words in this review, I totally would. They really make it tough to get your refund sorted. The customer service is downright appalling. I suggested they update the product description to avoid this mess in the future, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. My tip? Look for your table somewhere else to save yourself the trouble!

The folks on the phone were super helpful. The delivery team, who are directly hired, were also fantastic; they brought the arbour bench parts through the house to the back garden on a scorching hot day, and they were really polite about it. I've set up the bench now, and it was a breeze to install. It looks really nice!

A few weeks back, we got ourselves a three-seater swing seat. It showed up pretty quickly (around a week), and we were really impressed with how well it was made. Putting it together was a breeze, though it was quite hefty, and some parts required a couple of strong folks to get into position. But hey, you don’t want something light and flimsy if you expect it to hold up over time. One of the screw holes was a tad off (that’s why I’m giving it 4.5 instead of a full 5), and we had to redrill it, but everything else went together perfectly. I’d definitely shop with them again.
